This guide will help you keep your surfaces beautiful and durable for years to come.
Daily & Weekly Care
General Cleaning
- Use a non-abrasive cleaner such as Formula 409, Windex, vinegar-and-water, or mild dish soap.
- Soft cloths or sponges only — avoid abrasive pads or scrubbers that can dull the finish.
- Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft towel to prevent water spots.
Avoid
- Harsh chemicals (bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners, paint thinners)
- Abrasive powders or pads (Comet, Soft Scrub, Magic Erasers)
- Standing water for long periods
Long-Term Maintenance
Polishing (Optional)
For high-gloss surfaces, you can occasionally use an automotive-style polish (Meguiar’s or Turtle Wax).
- Apply lightly with a soft cloth and buff to restore shine.
Resealing Joints
- Inspect silicone joints annually.
- If separation or mold appears, remove old silicone and reapply a 100% silicone sealant.

Preventative Care
- Wipe up hair dye, nail polish remover, and harsh soaps immediately.
- Use a shower squeegee after each use to maintain clarity and shine.
For Tubs
- Fill with water before adding bath salts, oils, or bubble products.
- Rinse the tub after draining to remove any residue.
- Avoid placing metal cans (shaving cream, air fresheners) directly on the surface — use a tray or caddy.
For Vanities
- Always use a cutting board or hot pad — do not place curling irons, straighteners, or other heat sources directly on the surface.
- Use mild glass cleaner for mirrors and backsplash areas.
- Clean spills quickly to avoid staining from dyes, perfumes, or cosmetics.
Minor Repairs
Small surface scratches or dull areas can often be refinished:
- Use a fine automotive polishing compound or cultured marble repair kit.
Divots, chips, or cracks can often be repaired by our team — call us for assistance with divot repair or surface restoration.

1-Year Limited Warranty & Limitation of Liability (UPDATED)
Artistic Marble warrants to the original purchaser that its cast marble and cast granite products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used under normal residential conditions. Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Artistic Marble.
This warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from abuse, negligence, misuse, chemical corrosion, modification, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repair.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the cast marble or cast granite product itself only and does not include damage to surrounding materials, structures, finishes, or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Artistic Marble. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Artistic Marble be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to labor costs, removal or installation expenses, loss of use, lodging, contractor delays, or damage to surrounding areas or materials.
